Kurt Ronn
President/Founder, HRworks
Kurt Ronn founded HRworks as a national recruitment firm in 1998, and developed the company's process and approach to large-scale recruiting and executive searches. In addition to leading the company, Ronn provides strategic consulting to guide clients in building their businesses, developing business plans, handling mergers and integration, launching brands and rolling out new divisions. Ronn is a strategic recruitment process and talent consultant to venture-backed startups and major corporate reorganizations. Ronn holds a Bachelor of Science in technology from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, with advanced studies at both the University of Houston and the Georgia Institute of Technology. Ronn is a member of the RPO Association Board of Directors Woodruff Arts Center, and Special Olympics.

Jeff Spratlin
Director, Associate Relations and Government Compliance, The Home Depot
Jeff Spratlin is the Director of Associate Relations and Government Compliance for The Home Depot. He is responsible for the development and execution of the Company's Government Compliance and Affirmative Action Programs, as well as developing a comprehensive and enterprise-wide approach to equal opportunity. Jeff is responsible for ensuring the Company is in compliance with all applicable federal and state nondiscrimination requirements, immigration and naturalization requirements, and acts as the company's liaison with the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. Jeff also provides Associate Relations guidance to multiple divisions within The Home Depot, including Supply Chain, Merchandising, and the functional areas within the Store Support Center.
Prior to The Home Depot, Jeff worked for the Department of Labor before joining Delta Air Lines, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in Operations, Information Technologies, Human Resources and Employment Practices. In 2004, Jeff joined The Home Depot as the Manager of Employment Practices for HD Supply and in 2005 was promoted to his current position.
In addition to his responsibilities in his current role, Jeff also serves on the Corporate Diversity & Inclusion Council at The Home Depot, and is a current chair of Limitless, The Home Depot’s Disability Affinity Group.
